The Parents Committee is flexible in its giving options. Download this pledge form to make check and credit card giving easy!

  • Check – Made payable to the U.Va. Parents Committee
    Mailing Address:

    Charlottesville, VA 22904
  • Credit Card– Number and expiration date – will show up on statement as U.Va. Fund.
  • Stocks – Please contact Katelyn Sevin at 434-924-1310 or mcb7k [at] virginia [dot] edu. A parent’s broker can make the transfer to an account for the U.Va. Fund and the stock is then immediately sold. The U.Va. Fund must be made aware of any transfers prior to their being made.
  • On-Line Giving– go to www.uvaparents.org and click on the Donate link on the sidebar. With just a few clicks and a credit card number, giving becomes a very simple step.
  • Pledge– a pledge made today can be paid before June 30. The fiscal year runs July 1 to June 30. Pledge reminders are sent monthly or at one time per the donor’s instruction.
  • Installment Plans:
    1. Gifts and pledges can be made over the course of the fiscal year. The total year annual giving is considered for committee membership. For example, a parent may give $250 for 10 months, a total of $2,500, and become a member of the committee.
    2. The U.Va. Fund can set up a monthly credit card payment that is made automatically each month per the donor’s instructions.
