Each year the Parents Committee solicits applications for funding from organizations or departments that enrich the education and collegiate experience of U.Va. students.
 
Applications are received through the online form only. Please review the eligibility requirements, application procedure and application form before submitting your request. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the format, please e-mail uvaparentscommittee [at] virginia [dot] edu for assistance.
 
The deadline for applying was September 23, 2011, 5 p.m.
 

Report

Organizations/departments that receive grants are required to produce a final report on their project, including samples of printed materials (i.e. pamphlets, posters) when possible. Photographs are encouraged.
 
For programs that are ongoing during the academic year, status reports are welcome.
 
All final reports should be sent to the U.Va. Parents Committee upon completion of the project or by the end of the fiscal year, June 30, 2012, whichever comes first.

Failure to submit a report or lateness in reporting could jeopardize future funding to your organization or department.
